Home Styling

Property styling is a perfect way to make your home more attractive when selling it. The home turns versatile and appealing to a wide range of buyers. The styling can envision themselves living in the property.

The first impression is said to be the last impression, buyers should get interested at first sight. Ultimately a styled property might shorten the selling time and affect the price to seller´s benefit.

The styling project consists of reducing personal items, tidying up, creating airy spaces by re-arranging furniture and bringing in a harmonic colour coordination. Some brighten interior details and textiles are added to create a cozy mood. Primarily I use my clients own furniture and objects for the stylings. If the apartment is empty it´s important to show volumes by adding rented furniture.

The styling project start with a consultation meeting. We discuss possibilities to present the full potential of the home. Based upon the meeting I make an offer for the styling project. When my offer is accepted I make a room-by-room styling styling plan, that either I or my client implement before photo session and showings. The consultational meeting is free of charge if my offer is accepted. Cost only for meeting is 150,00€. Styling planning and implementing from 250,00€ (one room flat).

Home styling can be used also when you want to create the most aesthetically pleasing arrangement possible. Personal decorations are in focus. The styling can be done physically by me or implemented by my client, using my plans.
