Professional Organizing

Most homes are filled with things and clothes not in use. Our challenging and hectic everyday lives might lead to disorder, and items are not put back to their right places. We buy new things unnecessarely and getting rid of stuff can be challenging.

Most of us dream about harmonic and pleasant homes where life is smooth. Life gets easier when the storage solutions are practical and closets not stuffed. New routines to keep order give more time for important and inspiring doings.

Well organized offices and workplaces give more energy and better work results. Old technical equipment, papers and office supplies are found in the cabinets. Nobody has the energy or time to sort everything out.

Getting started with an organizing project might be a challenge and that is when my professional knowledge and organizing service is needed. As a neutral person I lead and visualize the whole of the project. The organizing work is solution orientated.

The Organizing project start with a meeting, when I identify your needs. You get practical advice and ideas during my visit. I also estimate the hours needed for the project. If the meeting leads to booking my organizing services, the first visit is free of charge, otherwise the cost for the meeting is 100,00€.
When the work starts, we plan the best storage solutions and do the practical work together. I challenge you positively and adapt the working pace according to your wishes. We structure, organize and declutter and results can be seen already after a few hours. Organizing is possible in all kinds of spaces and rooms in homes or offices. It can be a matteri of papers, timehandling, computer files, photos or your tools. If you wish, we use the KonMari method.

I am a qualified Professional Organizer since 2013 and member in Suomen
Ammattijärjestäjät ry, the Finnish associations for Professional Organizers. I follow the association directives and code of Ethics. The organizing service is neutral, positive and totally confidential.

Price examples: 3 hours organizing work on same occasion 160,00€. 6 hours organizing on same occasion 300,00€. Larger projects upon offer. The organizing project entitles you to household deduction when making your taxation.
